Thoughts

Hi Hetty, i just wanted to share with everyone my memories as a kid, staying with Daph & Maurice for a week or so during my school summer holidays. You lived across the road, and i'd come over and see you and Harry and Robbie the dog of course, who would be waiting for me to come over and make a fuss of him. Those days were the best for me as a kid. We'd all go out for the day for a walk through the woods and have a picnic, all of us kids, you, Daph & Chris, the dogs Jake, Robbie and Badger. I loved it. We'd all be covered in mud and leaves and the dogs were filthy, but there were no mobile phones, tablets (except for possibly nurofen for you adults from us kids screeching) or X Boxes in sight...those were the days when kids enjoyed themselves properly!! You always welcomed me in to your home and heart like I was an extra Grandchild, and I will always remember, be grateful for and treasure that. God Bless you my lovely and I hope you are reunited with Harry and Robbie of course...give him a fuss from me. Lots of love always, Anne. xxxx

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are. Speak to me in the easy way which you always used. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
